A cultural manager, creative, and producer, Gonçalo Riscado is the director of CTL.

CTL is responsible for various national cultural projects, including the MIL – Lisbon International Music Network (a festival and international convention), Musicbox Lisboa (a concert hall and nightclub), Casa Capitão (a multidisciplinary programming space), and Festival Silêncio (a transdisciplinary festival). It is also a partner in European projects such as Liveurope (a European platform supporting the circulation of emerging artists), Slash Transition (using music as a catalyst for sustainable cities), and JUMP-European Music Market Accelerator (an accelerator program for ideas and projects in the music industry).

Gonçalo is also one of the founders of Circuito.live, an association of independent music venues established in 2020 and an associated member of Live DMA.
