Gonçalo Riscado is a cultural manager, creative, and producer who serves as the director of CTL.

CTL is responsible for various national cultural projects, among which the following stand out: MIL – Lisbon International Music Network (an international festival and convention), Musicbox Lisboa (a concert venue and nightclub), Casa Capitão (a multidisciplinary programming space), and Festival Silêncio (a transdisciplinary festival). CTL is also a partner in European projects like Liveurope (a European platform supporting the circulation of emerging artists), Slash Transition (music as a catalyst for sustainable cities), and JUMP-European Music Market Accelerator (an accelerator program for music industry ideas and projects).

Gonçalo is also one of the founders of Circuito.live, an association of independent music programming venues established in 2020, and he is an associated member of Live DMA.
