A lawyer, feminist, and environmentalist, she has been practising independently in Portugal since 2021. Her work focuses on strengthening the fundamental right to access to justice and legal literacy, including in the fields of arts and entertainment. In 2022, she was awarded the Nelson Mandela Prize by the Associação ProPública — Direito e Cidadania. Since 2023, she has been writing the weekly column “No país emerso” in Revista Sábado, primarily covering topics related to justice, politics, and feminism.
