Weird and wonderful, energetic and mesmerizing, adventurous and raw, surprising and from the heart, these are all elements that define my musical taste. Discovering new bands and great music, and more important, trying to share these with other people keeps me going in this business for 30 years now. As an agent working for EBB Music in Amsterdam I represent bands like Los Pirañas next to Hamraaz, and Al Bilali Soudan next to Blanco Teta. This is one way of sharing the music I love. But besides being an agent, I also organize concerts and festivals, like Houtfestival in Haarlem (NL) and Peel Slowly And See in Leiden (NL), serving the audience exciting bands they hardly have ever heard of. That‘s my goal now, and always has been.
