Diana is a writer-researcher, urbanist and facilitator working around policy, culture, and civic engagement, with a focus on nightlife and queer space. With past experience in theatre directing, event production and civic leadership education, they hold research roles with VibeLab and Berlin Clubcommission, and are the initiator of QUEER SPACE PROJECT. Diana has presented at convenings such as UNESCO Futures Summit, UN-Habitat World Urban Forum and CTM Festival, and guest-lectured in courses at MIT, UdK Berlin, UC Denver and more. Their varied practice is inspired by the notion of “real utopias”: dreaming expansively and working pragmatically to bring about other possible worlds with curiosity, rigor, and care.
