Charlotte Caleb began her career training as a lawyer but quickly strayed from that path to pursue a career in music. Her first real job led her to artist management where she worked with a range of emerging and heritage acts. Striking out on her own in 2016 she founded cSquaredLDN where she now manages TĀLĀ . In 2019 she was awarded a grant from the MMF Accelerator Fund. Later that year Charlotte joined AWAL and in 2021 was promoted to Director, BI, Data & Channel Optimisation where she focused on using data within the company and the growth of YouTube. Charlotte is now a founder of eleven world, a platform and agency that enables creators to make use of tools in web3.
