Laura Falésia (she) was born in 1992. She has a degree in Philosophy and Management and a master’s degree in Political Philosophy. For 5 years she interviewed visual artists and wrote about their workspaces for the Duplo Espaço website and for P3. She has written about art and artists for magazines and exhibitions. She co-created the FACA Collective, which works with museums on the themes of feminism, colonialism, racism, LGBTQIA+ and non-normativity. She hosts the podcast MEMÓRIA FUTURA, where she interviews women over 80 about freedom, social movements and the future. She co-created FLECHA, a consultancy project where she works in the areas of inclusion, gender identity and diversity. She is a PhD candidate in Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour, on diversity, equity and inclusion.
