HOW TO UNLOCK AN IBERIAN MARKET?

Portugal and Spain are neighboring countries, both members of the EU, where the movement of people and goods is free. History and geography suggest such proximity that, at times, one could almost think of a single territory. However, in the 21st century, when it comes to knowledge and the circulation of artists, the borders seem to remain tightly closed. Why is that? This is the question that our panel of professionals from both countries will address. We also intend to highlight good practices in partnerships and artistic circulation, reflect on how a more cohesive Iberian market can better position itself in a global market and explore the possibilities of interconnecting the Portuguese and Spanish-speaking markets.
