Humana Taranja’s sound aesthetics evolves with each release, and currently delves into the pop-rock universe.
The project designed by Guilherme Firmino (vocals and rhythm guitar) was gradually polished through the definitive formation of the band, which features David Yala on lead guitar, Filipa da Silva Pina on keyboard and vocals, Marta Inverno on bass and choirs and Afonso Ferreira on drums. The live debut happened in 2018, in the last edition of the festival Barreiro Rocks.
In 2020, they released the EP Quase Vivos, and in 2023, the band finally release their first full-length album Zafira – a story splashed with color, but also covered by a sharp distortion that leaps into what comes next.

The group’s second LP – Eudaemonia – is set to be released in October 2024. The single Deixa Arder, in collaboration with Alex D’Alva Teixeira, is already available on all streaming platforms.
