He has a degree in Translation and Creative Writing and a Master’s degree in International Studies, where he has studied the thought of Amílcar Cabral and Frantz Fanon. He is the author of several publications, including book chapters, the most recent being Fanon Today: Reason and Revolt of the Wretched of the Earth, and articles in newspapers and magazines. He has participated in national and international meetings, lectures and debates. As an artist he has been published in poetry collections and in the Hip Hop movement where he is known as LBC Soldjah, where he has two solo mixtapes and several national and international participations. He was the general coordinator of the Moinho da Juventude Cultural Association, where he still works with education and is a member of various collectives.
