Pedro Costa is Assistant Professor at the Department of Political Economy at ISCTE-IUL (University Institute of Lisbon) and Director of DINAMIA’CET, where he coordinates the research line “Cities and territories”. Economist, PhD in Urban and Regional Planning, he has worked mainly in the areas of cultural economy, development and territorial planning, focusing in his recent research, among other aspects, on the role of cultural activities in territorial development, on the relations of creative dynamics with territories, or on strategies for the promotion of local development. She has collaborated in several projects, particularly in the areas of planning, regional/local development and cultural activities.
