Production Coordinator of 23 Miles, Cultural Project of the Municipality of Ílhavo since February 2020. In addition to a vast program in various artistic areas, it promotes artistic creation, training and critical thinking, seeking to cultivate the relationship between artists and spectators, as well as activating territory and community. Its activity takes place in four spaces: Casa da Cultura, Fábrica das Ideias, Cais Criativo and Laboratório das Artes. Degree in Social Communication from the University of Minho and a professional career of two decades alternating between the areas of culture and communication. Catarina started her career in the production area at RTP Porto where she was the productor of programs for 3 years; worked for the Communication Office of the Martifer Group (Oliveira de Frades) and was a freelancer for the Municipality of São João da Madeira as a programming and production assistant in the two editions of Hat Weekend – Hat Festival 2018 and 2019. Reference event in the city that celebrates with this festival its long history in the hat industry. Culminating on a weekend in July, Hat Weekend 2019 promoted more than 50 shows, including community projects, activities, a gastronomic tour and an urban art circuit. She was press officer and responsible for communication at the Municipality of Oliveira do Bairro (Aveiro Region), where she was responsible for the management and programming of the Dr. Alípio Sol Arts Barracks, cultural equipment of the municipality, for 4 years.
