Theresa Adebiyi is Creative Director of Partisan Records who are based in New York, Los Angeles and London. She oversees the creative direction and product development for their roster which includes IDLES, Cigarettes After Sex, Fontaines DC, Pottery and the Fela Kuti catalogue which they also represent. Theresa joined Partisan in 2019 from Ninja Tune, where she was Creative Marketing Manager, working on global award-winning campaigns for the likes of Young Fathers, Little Dragon, Maribou State, Cinematic Orchestra, Jordan Rakei, Actress, Roots Manuva.
