After having contributed to the creation and organization of some festivals and markets for cultural industries, Aline Jelen joined Sacem in an international environment. Her first missions consisted in implementing EU assistance programs to assist Central and Eastern European Countries and the Russian Federation to harmonize their copyright legislation, train and upgrade the collective management organizations. Then she joined the international department of Sacem managing the relations with authors societies throughout the world. Ten years ago, she shifted to the Cultural department to be in charge of music in film and audiovisuals. Finally, in 2015, her responsibilities changed to international developments within the cultural department.
