For over a decade, Pedro has been working at Musicbox as an artistic programmer. He is also the programmer for the festivals MIL – Lisbon International Music Network, Jameson Urban Routes, and Festival Silêncio. Born and raised in Madeira Island, he is the artistic director of the Aleste festival, a cultural event dedicated to music founded in 2014. In his free time and beyond, Pedro Azevedo is a DJ and, as Flama, he hosts Baile Tropical, a monthly party dedicated to Latin and tropical rhythms that takes place at Musicbox.
