Nika was born in Santos-SP (Brazil) and has called many other cities around the world home, such as São Paulo, London, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Lisbon and now Setúbal. She has a degree in hospitality and worked for years in large companies, managing services for events such as the World Cup, the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Brazil and the SWU festival, as well as looking after the tour teams of giants such as Paul McCartney, Madonna, U2 and others. At the end of 2017 he left the corporate world behind and soon after joined his childhood friend and former bandmate, Marina Oliveira, and later with Thiago Rocha, in what he considers to be one of his greatest life projects: VALSA, which has already produced more than 900 cultural events. She has the sun and moon in Sagittarius, Mars in Aries and a concentration of planets in the 7th house. She has always been an umbandista, could swim every day of her life, has an endless to-do list, writes too few poems, listens to too many podcasts and is currently Yara’s home and food.
