Joan Vich Montaner is the director of Ground Control Management, the company that discovered Hinds and The Parrots and works with new rising stars in the Spanish and international scene as Teo Planell, Ghouljaboy, Adiós Amores or Yeli Yeli. Prior to his work as a manager, he booked and directed FIB Benicàssim festival.
