Francisco Cipriano (PT)
I was born on May 20, 1969, I have a master’s degree in Geography and Regional and Local Planning. My professional life is linked to the management of Community funds in Portugal and to international cooperation projects in the Portuguese Public Administration, the European Commission and currently the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. I am also the driver of the Application Laboratory project, European Funds for Art, Culture and Creativity, a space for confluence of ideas and people around the main European funding initiatives for the cultural sector.
Besides, I’m a man of many activities. Advertising, writing, photography, travel. Passionate about surfing I see in the waves my form of liberation and a unique moment of harmony between man and nature.
I am the co-author of the first national surf guide, Portugal Surf Guide, your host in the documentary Movement, a journey into Creative Lives and ready to welcome you at my The Minimal House
