Cíntia Ferreira Martins has been working in the music industry for the past 10 years and currently lives between Paris and Brussels. In 2022 she joins the management of D·I·V·A· with the commitment of creating a solid and supportive environment for artists, and takes part in the MEWEM program as a mentee the same year.
Involved in numerous campaigns aiming to raise awareness about gender-based and sexual violence in the music industry, D·I·V·A· is the only label, management house and creative agency dedicated to artists who identify as women or non-binary in the sector in France. D·I·V·A· also curates and produces inclusive and intersectional music events, as well as educational programs.
