
Apolline Terrier (FR)
Apolline Terrier is an independent consultant focusing on science, new technologies, and their intersections with the cultural and creative fields. She has co-authored multiple studies for public authorities addressing subjects ranging from skills development to grants initiatives, all with the aim of improving public support for cultural expression. She has recently advised European bodies on facilitating the cultural ecosystem’s adaptation to AI while safeguarding Europe’s cultural diversity.
Apolline holds a Master of science in Public Policy from the Maastricht Graduate School of Governance and UNU-MERIT. She had previously obtained a master’s degree in Human Development and a bachelor’s degree in Law.
