Punk trio Dark Times achieved an immediate high standing in the Oslo underground in 2010 when they started performing their precise blend of aggressive punk, noise rock and fuzz-loaded pop. The band was hailed by NME and Brooklyn Vegan for their live performances and became the first Norwegian band ever to be profiled in the American punk-rock bible Maximum Rocknroll. In 2014, they released their first full-length, Give, which was nominated for Spellemannprisen (Norwegian Grammy). Dark Times was selected for the official program at the SXSW festival in 2017 and are releasing their second album in April 2018.
