Femme Falafel (aka Raquel Pimpão) is a 27-year-old girl, born in Lisbon, with a heart from Caldas da Rainha, passionate about disco, hip-hop, salsa, and pastéis de nata (Portuguese custard tarts). She uses the piano, voice, and Logic software to unearth the deepest bitterness beneath the glaciers of consciousness. She makes emotions rhyme to appear more legitimate and serves them on a dish seasoned with sarcasm and coriander, so they are not visible to the naked eye. She considers herself a clumsy person with class, and her artistic goal is to celebrate foolishness. After all, fate is not her strong suit.

The band accompanying her on this adventure is led by Francisco Santos on drums, Lana Gasparotti on keyboards, and Tiago Martins on bass.
