Growing Trends presents three growing trends that are gaining an international reputation, its features and the artists responsible for their recognition worldwide.

In the last few years, the most exciting music productions are coming from the outskirts of the city of Lisbon. Influenced by the rhythms of “batida”, kuduro, kizomba, bass or techno, these sounds result in what you can call a “global electronic music” that reflects the multiculturality of the city, as music producer Branko as called it.

Rastronaut, co-founder of Enchufada label, José Moura, founder of Príncipe label, and Odete, DJ and founder of Rádio Quântica, present the main features of this musical practice.
